Ingredients:

  • 1 teaspoon Lion’s Mane mushroom powder
  • 1 teaspoon Turkey Tail mushroom powder
  • 1 teaspoon Reishi mushroom powder (for its immune boosting properties)
  • 1 teaspoon Chaga mushroom powder (for its antioxidant content)
  • 1 teaspoon Cordyceps mushroom powder (for its potential anti-tumor effects)
  • 1 tablespoon raw cacao powder (for flavor and antioxidants)
  • 1 teaspoon raw honey (or to taste)
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk (or any milk of your choice)
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon turmeric (for its anti-inflammatory properties)
  • A pinch of black pepper (to enhance absorption of turmeric)
  • 1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract

Instructions:

  1. Warm the almond milk in a small saucepan over medium heat until it’s hot, but not boiling.
  2. In a blender, combine the hot almond milk, Lion’s Mane powder, Turkey Tail powder, Reishi powder, Chaga powder, Cordyceps powder, cacao powder, honey, cinnamon, turmeric, black pepper, and vanilla extract.
  3. Blend on high for about 30 seconds until everything is thoroughly mixed and frothy.
